  Safety First! MAC has engineered the air operated ground control that allows the driver to switch from over slug to side swing while standing on the ground without having to climb the side to engage the pins.

  Extruded overslug trailgate block with 1144 stress proof stationary pin and threaded in grease zerk fittings.

  LED Lights are mounted on hollow bottom rail, allowin complete closure of the wiring harness system, safe from all elements.

MVP Smooth Side

The MAC "MVP" smooth sided trailer incorporates the unique technology of "MACLOCK™", a distinctive structural snap together side panel that represents the alliance of innovation, engineering and construction. The aerodynamic and narrow width dimension of the hollow core 6061-T6 aluminum panels have proven to enhance fuel economy while at the same time allowing you to gain additional cubic yardage for greater payloads and increased profits.

With varying thicknesses of the panel's interior wall side, the hollow extrusions are strategically placed based upon application and weight considerations prior to being welded on the inside joint of the panels. Unique to MAC, the exterior joint remains weld free and the double-wall hides interior impact marks from the exterior side of the trailer to ensure the surface provides a clean, smooth billboard look for your logo and imaging.

The panel floor provides trailers with maximized operations and reduces maintenance cost all while assisting in eliminating buildup of road debris. Provides excellent underbody wind resistance and is constructed of 12" extruded hollow core aluminum panels with 3-1/2" depth and a .250 inner floor wall.

Half Round

MACsimizer Aluminum Half Round Trailers

The MACsimizer Half Round has proven itself to be a light-weight rugged workhorse of the MAC trailers, just like all MAC trailers, the Half Round comes with the quality details that you have come accustomed to.

Radius Bulkhead - Low profile front end with a lower center of gravity providing a 7" lower front end a 6" lower back end with 31" less flat space on the bulkhead compared to the Standard flat bulkhead.

Maximizes Aerodynamics = Increased Fuel Mileage

Aerodynamics - Smooth side walls create less drag resistance.

Better Fuel Economy = Better Operational Profit

Weight - As low as 8900 lbs., less liner and trap. Depending on options applied.

Stability - Loads stay centered in the belly while dumping due to the round design.

Six Piece Design - Each side wall section overlaps the floor panel. Maximum Strength - Easier for repairs

MAC Steel Trailers

The MAC Steel Dump Trailers are in a class of their own with a design and construction to meet geographic needs when it comes to steel trailers. Whether you are looking for the maximum capacity maximum dirability of the 100 cubic yard, AR 450 "SCRAPMAC" for the severe applications, the lightweight half round or radius design, regardless, MAC Trailer offers it all.

Improved aerodynamics with our new radius style bulkhead = Increased Fuel Savings. Now standard on all MAC steel dumps.

Also offering a 102" wide option for a 100 cubic yard maximum capacity.

Available in the MAC Steel Lite package with the following aluminum options: sub-frame, frame, draft arms, tailgate, dollies, fenders, and wheels = Over 1,000 lbs in weight savings.

All MAC steel dump trailers are build with 3/16" or 1/4" AR450 material.

Body styles - the half round design for the greatest impact resistance and the 14" - 22" radius body with a flat floor to maximize cubic yardage capacity.

Available in frame type or frameless.

The air assist high lift gate option is also available. The cylinders and lift assembly are enclosed in the rear pockets for protection against loading and external exposure.
