2023 Wilson Trailer Ranch Hand Bumper Hitch 5720
With available lengths of 14’, 16’ and 18’, the Ranch Hand BH is perfect for hauling only a few livestock. It has all the same features as the popular Ranch Hand gooseneck model but in a convenient bumper hitch style trailer. You will feel confident knowing that Wilson’s superior quality, durability and low cost of ownership has been built right into the structure of the trailer.
You can also order this trailer in a slat style.
Features may include:
ALUMINUM A-FRAME COUPLER- The beefy aluminum A-frame coupler provides strength to the trailer where it is important.
- Wilson uses the hardest alloy for the best wearing and the floor incorporates the highest diamond tread height for the surest footing. Also note, the floor of the trailer is fastened and not welded to the floor crossbars. This allows the floor to flex without the worry of a compromised floor from broken welds. The floor of a livestock trailer directly affects the trailer’s resale value – An important element to consider when purchasing a new trailer. Wilson offers the best floors in the business and their trailers fetch the best prices at trade-in time.
- Precision-formed vertical posts are spaced closer together for extra strength. One of the industry’s most unified body designs.
- These bio-secure LED lights are exclusively made by Grote for Wilson Trailer. One interior light is standard.
- With the Ranch Hand’s aluminum sub frame, not only are the weight savings big, there are no steel components other than the axles to lose paint, cause rust or electrolysis…The enemy of aluminum trailers.
- Livestock loaded into a stock trailer puts pressure on all connection points within the trailer and those connection points need to be strong especially when the trailer is moving and stopping. Wilson uses full-height, beefy hinges connected to the floor and ceiling of the trailer which actually become part of the trailer’s structure. Wilson’s full-framed gates have solid latches so you will feel confident about the containment of your livestock time after time.
- On the inside of the trailer, the embossments have a minimal depth so animal waste will not adhere to the them. The trailers remain easy to clean out, maintain and have better bio-security. Wilson’s smooth interior walls are also better at helping to guard against animal bruising since they do not have vertical posts. Vertical posts also harbor hard to washout animal waste behind them, which can make those type of trailers a bio-security problem.
- Water, road dirt, gravel and animal waste cannot easily get to and damage the trailer’s wiring. It’s enclosed and protected.
- Wilson punch style gooseneck trailers are built with riveted construction, which allows them to flex when needed. This means you spend less time maintaining welds and more time realizing your lowest cost of operation. Wilson pioneered the concept of a fully riveted gooseneck trailer to the market.
- Roof skin stretched to maximum efficiency makes it uncommonly tough for extra life.
- The Ranch Hand’s sides and fenders are protected with these standard running boards, which also creates a convenient step when checking livestock inside the trailer.
